ORDER

You can place an order by creating an account or using the Guest checkout feature.

We would advise you to create an account with us so that you can benefit from the following features:

  • Get cashbacks as Store Credit in your registered account on www.unitednude.ae for all your purchases; T&C apply.
  • Faster shopping – quickly proceed through the checkout as we will have all the details relating to the delivery of your order (with the exception of your card details which you will have to enter each time you order).
  • Track your order status – An email will be sent to the registered email id mentioning the order has been dispatched.
  • View your order history – check what item/size you previously purchased via your unitednude.ae account.
  • Sign up to receive email updates – be the first to hear about special offers and new products with our email updates.

Yes, you can only make changes to your order before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch. After this stage we cannot cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. Please note that we are unable to combine orders or add additional items to an existing order once it has been placed.

You can choose to pay with your Debit / Credit cards for your order. Security of personal information is taken very seriously and we would like to assure you that your details are safe with us.

You have the additional feature of Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders delivering inside UAE.

Check the "Order history" on your United Nude account. If you do have an order number, please check your spam/junk mail box.

However, if there is no recent order listed, it means the process has been unsuccessful.

Creating an account on Desktop and Mobile sites:

Desktop:

  • Click on the account icon seen on the top right corner near to Cart on the main menu area.
  • Click on Create account link seen below the SIGN IN button.
  • Please fill your Name, Email and enter a Password for your account.
  • Click on CREATE.

Phone:

  • Click on the three bars seen on left side of United Nude logo.
  • Click on 'Log in' link seen below the menu.
  • Click on Create account link seen below the SIGN IN button.
  • Please fill your Name, Email and enter a Password for your account.
  • Click on CREATE.
  • Welcome to United Nude. You now have an account and is ready to start shopping!

You can update your personal details simply by logging into your United Nude account and clicking ‘View addresses’ seen below your Account Details. You can Add, Edit or Delete the details.

If you are unable to remember the password for your United Nude account:

  • Click on 'Forgot password?' in your login page.
  • Enter your registered email address
  • We will send you an email with a link to reset your password.

We will do our best to resolve any issues.

In the event that Courier Company is unable to deliver a package to the provided ship-to address and the undeliverable package is not picked up within 7 days from a designated local courier company's Access Point, United Nude is not responsible for the 'return to sender' costs. Furthermore, United Nude is not responsible for re-shipping merchandise to the customer. The customer is responsible for the return to shipper fees and re-shipping costs due to failed deliveries.
